The market

We finance renewable generation where revenue is locked in rather than left to the market: power purchase agreements, feed-in tariffs or long-term corporate offtake sit behind every deal we look at.

Grid connection status, permits, land rights and the strength of the EPC contractor decide whether a scheme clears our bar. Construction risk drives the pricing more than any other factor.

Funds are released against build milestones, commissioning tests and sign-off from an independent engineer, mirroring how we treat plant exposure in mining.
