We fund production facilities where output is contracted, inputs are secured and the operator has already run capacity of a similar scale. Utilisation assumptions are checked against actual past performance, not the vendor's projections.

Construction, expansion and equipment finance are released against commissioning, throughput and quality checkpoints signed off by an independent engineer.

Plant, machinery and inventory typically make up the security, valued on what they could realistically fetch rather than what they cost to replace.
