Precious metals form a core component of our business strategy. We partner with licensed producers, refiners, and offtake counterparties across Africa, Central Europe, and the Americas, structuring financing facilities supported by verified assay results, recovery performance, and contracted delivery obligations.
Collateral packages typically comprise assigned offtake agreements, security interests over plant and equipment, pledged mining licences, and insured metal in transit. No capital is deployed without independent assay verification and formal refinery confirmation.
Our exposure is calibrated using conservative long-term commodity price assumptions rather than prevailing spot prices. Transactions that remain commercially viable only under current market conditions do not satisfy our investment criteria.
Any sale of these resources depends on current availability and on clearing our compliance requirements.
Physical volumes of gold & precious metals are offered only where supply is available at the time of enquiry and following the satisfactory completion of our compliance procedures. These include know-your-customer (KYC) and beneficial ownership verification, sanctions screening, and source-of-funds verification.
Where applicable, we provide documentation evidencing provenance, chain of custody, and compliance with all relevant export, import, and licensing requirements. Quantity, grade, pricing, and delivery schedules are confirmed only upon execution of definitive transaction documentation and completion of all applicable compliance procedures.
