Balkan Capital Assets provides collateral allocation facilities as structured instruments to support investments under a fixed-return framework.

These facilities are designed to offer clients a reliable medium for capital deployment, backed by high-grade collateral arrangements, suitable for both project financing and liquidity optimization.

We offer competitive fixed return rates, starting from EURIBOR + up to 4.5%, depending on the applicant's profile, structure of the transaction, and risk assessment.
Fixed return period: from 1 to 10 years
Minimum term: 12 months
Maximum term: 120 months
Interest calculated annually or semi-annually, based on agreement
Facilities can be structured on a transferable or allocated basis, subject to due diligence and approval
